New identity for Honolulu Fish Company

Honolulu Fish Company has selected EWD Inc. to redesign its 10-year old identity.
The new logo
incorporates three of Hawaii’s most popular fishes (snapper, tuna and billfish) against the silhouette of Diamond Head. The new identity will include the redesign of existing print collateral and packaging.

Company CEO and president, Wayne Samiere, launched Honolulu Fish Company in 1995. The company, which is located in a 5,000 square-foot facility just minutes from the docks in Honolulu, sells more than 30 varieties of fresh fish to more than 2000 customers worldwide. Samiere's training as a marine biologist has him dedicated to preserving the sustainability of the industry. "As a biologist, I cannot condone net fishing because it destroys the habitat, and I don't allow our buyers to purchase fish that have not reached reproductive maturity.”
